About the role:
Wolseley UK are currently recruiting a Resourcing Business Partner to support our ‘Trading’ business which includes Sales, Operations and Supply Chain functions. Working closely with our RPO provider you will be responsible for providing an ‘end to end’ best practice recruitment service and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide an efficient service. In addition to this, you will also be working closely with our HR Business Partners and Regional Leaders to help review existing talent and to develop resourcing plans for current and potential future gaps.
You will also be responsible for:
Work closely with the HRBPs and wider HR team collaboratively to engage fully in the resourcing needs of the business area to understand current and future resourcing needs, together with building talent pools for critical and niche roles.
Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, to define requirements and ensure robust plans are in place across multiple recruitment and resourcing projects
Attracting and sourcing diverse talent for Wolseley UK for your business area by using the relevant recruitment channels
Build and develop relationships with and influence key stakeholders
Advising managers and stakeholders on proposed sourcing and selection methodologies, as well as appropriate assessment techniques
What we are looking for:
An experienced recruiter either gained in house and / or from an agency background.
Experienced recruiting operational or retail roles
Proven experience of sourcing directly via LinkedIn, CV databases and internal media and effective stakeholder and candidate management to a high level
Success in adhering to SLA’s and KPI’s
Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build effective relationships
Previous experience and responsibility for managing numerous vacancies simultaneously
A practical and solid grasp of end to end recruitment and selection policies and processes, including legal aspects and best practice principles
