About the role:

We are currently recruiting a Lead Supplier Data Analyst to lead the pricing category assistants. You will be responsible for managing the day to day administration and analytical requirements of the Product Data team. The role requires management of the Wolseley product file including new product creation, pack creation/amendments, Supplier price increases and meeting department KPI’s. This support role also involves the resolution of invoice disputes, with regular updates on progress to the Pricing Data Manager

You will also be responsible:

  • Managing a team of 2.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth transition of data for new product set up, system requirements and updates
  • The administration, analysis & price file preparation of all Supplier price changes
  • Management of outstanding price related invoice discrepancies in conjunction with Suppliers and internal teams where necessary
  • Managing and working with Internal stakeholders to ensure key department tasks are kept on track

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of leading a small team.
  • Ability to work accurately & quickly to agreed deadlines
  • Analytical and Problem Solving ability
  • Confident in building relationships both internally and externally
