About the role:

We are currently recruiting a Lead Product Data Coordinator to manage a team of two and really drive the product data system forwards. You will be managing processes, work flow and providing complete and accurate enriched data to all channels: Branch network, E-Commerce, E-Business and Marketing publications. This will include management of Product attributes, system hierarchies & controls and key department processes.


You will also be responsible for:

  • To pro-actively manage the Enriched Data team in terms of work prioritisation, in collaboration with the Pricing Data Manager
  • To take a leading role in; maintaining standards of work, meeting deadlines, presenting new ideas to colleagues, implementing processes, projects and representing the Pricing & Master Data Team at both internal and external meetings
  • Participate in specific review meetings with internal departments in order to advise upon best practice for Enriched data management
  • Provide a reliable service to the Branch network and support centres by responding to product data queries in a timely manner


What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience managing a Product Information Management system.
  • Experience of leading a team.  
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Business Objects (or equivalent) Computer Skills.
  • Ability to secure support from internal colleagues & supplier base to achieve objectives, including influencing senior Management (internal & external)
  • Acumen for sensitive data filing and retrieval for Audit
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and delegate to peers where necessary
