The friendly Pudsey team are looking for a proactive Sales Advisor to support on the trade counter and in the warehouse.
This role is 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8am - 12pm (paid as overtime).
About the role
Your main duties will be
• Serving customers on the trade counter
• Dealing with customers over the phone and via email
• Picking and packing deliveries
You will be liaising with our customers every day, so a background in customer service would be an advantage for building up a rapport with our clients.
Experience in the trade industry would be ideal, as knowledge of the products would come in handy when dealing with customers, but full training is provided.
We're looking for someone who is confident and proactive who is capable using computers and other IT systems.
