We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our friendly team at our busy branch in Halifax.

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 7:30am – 4:30pm


About the role

Main duties are:


·        serving on the trade counter

·        answering phone and email queries

·        processing sales orders

·        helping in the warehouse - picking/ packing

·        cleaning/ tidying


About you

It is essential for the right candidate to come from a customer service background and have a very hands-on approach; knowing of the importance of developing good customer relations to help drive business and manage customer queries.


We are looking for someone who is a team player, with a pro-active attitude and with the willingness to learn. Industry experience would be advantageous, but don’t worry as we’re a close-knit team; you’ll have the support in branch and training will be provided.
