Our busy team in Halesowen are searching for a motivated Hire Coordinator. Working full time hours, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00.


You will be responsible for providing technical sales advice, quotations and project tracking on a permanent basis.


About the role


You will also be responsible for:

  • Proactively contacting customers to develop business opportunities 
  • Making telephone enquiries with customers for sales and hire
  • Completion of quotations, hire sales and providing technical advice
  • Process and planning of successful sales / hire enquiries
  • Keeping track of quotations and accurate maintenance of records



About You 

  • Previous experience in a hire role or wider trade or merchant background would be desirable
  • Experience in a customer facing or sales based role is essential
  • You will have a good telephone manner and be experienced in an office environment
  • Experience in a producing quotations is advantageous
  • You must be capable of working to deadlines and managing your own workload
  • A proactive approach along with excellent communication skills will be key to success in this role


This is a varied and fast paced role, so adaptability is key. Your communication and organisation skills will be fully utilised in supporting the team to reach branch targets, while working together to get you up to speed on our systems and processes.
