About the role

Lead, develop and inspire the General/Branch Managers and branch sales teams of 5 large contract branches to focus upon providing a great customer experience. You will be responsible for achieving sales, gross margin and operational excellence with a clear focus on achieving best in class OTIF for our customer base. 

Drive activity within the team to deliver upon all branch KPIs and targets, as well as building excellent working relationships with customers and other teams within WUK. Ensure business development opportunities are identified and ensure the area maximises profitability through the effective management and deployment of resources.

Promote collaboration and partnership across the different areas of specialisms and within the area and surrounding areas to ensure all cross-selling opportunities are maximised and all client needs are met. Instil a culture of high-standards, quality and safety in all dealings within the area.

Role detail

Branch Locations: Basildon, Deptford, Slough, Greenford and Brimsdown.

Branch Detail: Combined turnover of circa £70M and 170 team members.
