Team Supervisor

We have a vacancy for a proactive, self-motivated Team Supervisor to join our small but busy branch in East Grinstead.

This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 5pm, with alternate Saturdays from 8am – 12pm.

About the role

Your main duties would be:

  • Serving on the trade counter
  • Completing customer quotes
  • Responding to telephone and email enquires
  • Assisting with banking and office administration.
  • Branch and warehouse standards
  • Health and safety responsibilities.
  • Stock standards and availability.

You will also have keyholder responsibilities and receive full training on counterbalance forklift truck and first aid.

About you

Previous managerial or supervisory experience is preferred within the plumbing and heating sector.

Our customers are key to our continued growth and we believe great service drives sales and profit so you must be very customer focused with an eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills, being a team player and showing drive and determination to succeed will help you to excel in this role, along with possessing a great sense of humour.

Full system training will be provided during your detailed induction along with on-going support in helping you achieve your full potential.
