We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our lively and busy team in Aston, Birmingham. Our Aston branch has one of the busiest trade counters in the UK, so the service you provide will go a long way in ensuring the continued success in the branch. 


Due to the busy nature of the branch full training will be provided on all branch functions, ensuring you are able to support the team wherever needed. This will help your development within the company, hopefully into a long lasting and rewarding career.    


The role is offered on a permanent full-time basis, working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 7.30am - 4.30pm & Saturday 8am - 12pm on a rota basis (approximately 1 per month)


About the role


Main duties are:

·         serving on the trade counter

·         merchandising

·         answering customer queries and processing orders

·         checking stock - assisting in the warehouse when required


Because of the busy nature of the branch, you will be trained in all areas of the business and be expected to support the team in other areas of the branch - like the warehouse and the office.

This role is all about building rapport and giving customers a positive experience. Your ability to communicate and willingness to learn will ensure your success in this role.


If you come from a sales or customer service background then you’re halfway there, but it’s your personality that will help you excel in this role along with the support of your highly knowledgeable team, who are always on hand to help you build your knowledge on our products and systems.
