About the role
This role is fixed term for 16 months and will make an essential contribution to the success of Wolseley UK Sales by generating and delivering best practice Salesforce.com capabilities.
• Work within Sales Operations team to drive efficiency through designing a flexible and focused CRM/SFA platform with appropriate levels of user interaction.
• Stabilise current platform model within the current transformation strategy in a back to basics approach.
• Create profiles and permissions documentation, governance framework, data mapping, and reporting and dashboard building
· Coordinate creation of training materials and user documentation and maintain on-going sales education on best practice use of the system via videos, printed documentation and face to face training seminars.
