Based at our Head Office, Wolseley UK are looking for a Returns Administrator to join our Leamington Spa team on a Fixed Term Contract until July 2018.  This is a varied role and would suit somebody who is self-motivated, organised and puts customer service as a priority.

About the role

Your role will be to administrate and facilitate the stock cleanse operation through our 3rd party providers, ensuring product is returned in a timely manner to suitable locations, supporting Wolseley UK’s transformation program.

About you

To be selected for telephone interview you must be able to demonstrate;


  • Ability to make collaborative decisions 
  • Ability to communicate clearly 
  • Demonstrate good problem solving solutions
  • Well organised, with structured ways of working
  • PC literate (strong Excel) – working knowledge of MS applications
  • Working knowledge of inventory management systems and concepts 
  • Experience of warehouse administrative environments highly desirable
  • A background in stock management and logistics
  • An understanding of Branch stock processes.
