Wolseley UK is looking for a Product Administrator to join our Infrastructure Team at the Wolseley Head Office in Leamington Spa.  This is a diverse role and would suit somebody who is proactive, possesses strong communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

The purpose of this role is to provide 1st line response on all product management, sourcing and inventory issues. Key to the success of this role is building relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally to ensure critical processes such that the business runs effectively and efficiently.


You will report directly to our Category Manager and be responsible for resolving operational issues arising from branches and suppliers, whilst working with the category management team on setting up new products, providing inventory support and managing the on boarding of suppliers. 


About you

You must be able to demonstrate;

  • Experience in a similar administrative capacity or a background in customer service
  • High levels of personal organisation and experience of working to deadlines
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation and strong communication skills
  • Good administration and IT literacy across a range of systems
