About the role:

Wolseley UK are currently recruiting an IT Business Partner to join our IT Business Engagement team in Leamington Spa. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Partner who someone looking to take their next steps from a Technical role into partnering with an organisation. You will be responsible for Business Partnering and defining and delivering of fit for purpose IT platforms.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Strategic planning of IT solutions to meet business priorities, development of IT product roadmaps, shaping demand, working with stakeholders to build investment cases.
  • IT portfolio delivery, working with IT project delivery colleagues and partners to establish effective IT project teams and appropriate governance, mobilise into delivery, being accountable for successful outcomes.
  • Service delivery, working with service delivery colleagues to implement appropriate solution support, reporting and service metrics, service improvement.
  • Architecture, working with colleagues to plan fit for purpose solutions aligned to IT capabilities and strategic plans.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an IT Business Relationship role or experience of IT Road Mapping and project delivery.
  • Commercially astute, focussed on value, business and IT outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management, business colleagues, IT colleagues and partners.
