Location: Royal Leamington Spa
Reporting directly into the Chief Financial Officer, this role is providing traditional PA support in a fast paced environment, this role requires flexibility, strong time management and attention to detail. You’ll be required to establish and maintain effective relationships with the wider Finance Team and Senior Management Teams. It’s a wide and varied remit, responsible for coordinating and controlling all administrative activities also undertaking specific ad-hoc projects as required.
General PA and secretarial support
Providing full administrative support for the CFO including effective and proactive diary management
Organising events and activities relating to Finance, including booking venues and organising hotel and travel arrangements
Proof-read documents and reports, create letters and general correspondence
Act as point of contact for Director
Gate-keep the Director's time and screen/action emails, organise meetings, diary management, organise lunches
Work collaboratively with necessary stakeholder to agree and implement the process for annual accounts signing
Manage and co-ordinate monthly meetings for entire finance team across 2 sites
Lead and support on internal conferences as required
Manage weekly approval process for
purchase order & expenses with efficiency and discretion
We are looking for someone who is able to prioritise and multi-task in a fast paced environment, also who is capable, super-organised and able to hit the ground running. Occasional travel to other Wolseley offices will be required. This is a Flexi-hours role working 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
