About the role:
We are currently recruiting a Trainee Support Analyst to join our Ripon IT department. We are looking for confident individual who can communicate effectively whilst working in a high-volume IT team. You will be working as front-line support for IT related issues, taking incoming calls from Wolseley employees discussing IT issues. You will be providing an excellent service whilst ensuring you are gaining the relevant information to resolve the issue or escalate through to second line support.
