About the role:

We are currently recruiting for 4 Customer Service Operative's to be based in our Ripon office. You will be responsible for processing orders from customers which are received over the telephone, email and fax. You will be responsible for providing an excellent service to the customers, building rapport and handling any queries in a professional manner. 


You will be responsible for:

  • To carry out administrative tasks as delegated by the Team Managers
  • To process customer orders using a combination of Salesforce, Wolcen, Outlook EDI/XML, website & telephone
  • Demonstrate a proficient understanding of Customer Support Centre and Company Procedures
  • Handling customer enquiries by various media
  • Assisting the team in training new employees
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Handling customer account payments


You will have:

  • The ability to work in an office enviroment
  • Ability to use initiative and have attention to detail
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding of Customer Care requirements
  • Use of Excel, Word and Outlook an advantage
  • Knowledge of, or experience of Customer Service essential
  • Excellent communication skills


Working hours between: Monday - Friday 7am - 8pm, Over time as and when will include: Saturday 8am - 5pm & Sunday 10am - 4pm
