This is a permanent role working 30 hours per week, with flex to work additional hours (up to 40 per week) and alternate weekends. Monday – Friday 8.00 – 17.00, Saturday 8.00 – 14.00 and Sunday 10.00 – 16.00.
About the role
Main duties are:
Full training and support are provided to ensuring you have the tools needed to succeed in this high volume and fast-paced environment.
If you’ve worked in a customer support role before, you’ll know it takes confidence and a calm nature to excel in this customer focused role. Ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role to ensure our customers receive excellent service.
