Sales Advisor required for Plumb, Parts & Drain in Botley, suitable for applicants of all levels from school leaver to those wishing to progress within their career. A permanent role, working full time hours, offering full training and a competitive salary.
This varied role is mainly based on the trade counter but will involve some warehouse and office duties.
Working in a team, you’ll provide a first class service to customers over the phone and in-branch, developing strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. Gaining a good understanding of the customer’s requirements, and by asking the right questions about what they need you’ll provide them with all the right products for the job.
The development programme aims to unlock your potential and equip you with all the skills required to move to the next stage in your career with us. If you’re interested, this could lead you to gaining a nationally recognised qualification. If you already have relevant customer service experience, great! If not, the training will help you build those all-important skills to help you progress.
