Part time opportunities have arisen to join our Kingsbridge (TQ7 1ES) team as a Sales Advisor working on our Trade Counter. 

We have two positions available each working 20 hours a week between 7.30am - 5pm Monday-Friday. We are open to consider hours that work for you within this time frame.

About the role

Main duties are:

•           serving on the trade counter

•           answering customer queries both face to face and over the phone

•           processing sales orders

•           building customer confidence and relationships 


Working in a small team you will mainly be on the trade counter supporting customers ensuring they have the right product, at the right time for the right job. You will also spend a small part of your day supporting in the warehouse, booking in and checking goods in and out and checking customer orders. 


About you

This role is all about building rapport and giving customers a positive experience.   Your ability to communicate and willingness to learn will ensure your success in this role. Any experience within retail or customer service will assist you, but it’s your personality that will help you excel in this role along with the support of your highly knowledgeable team. Dont worry about product knowledge - we dont expect you to know your ball valves from your backnuts, but any knowledge would be advantageous.
