About the Role
Working in a team, you’ll provide a first class service to customers over the phone and in-branch, developing strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. As the first point of contact for our customers on the trade counter and over the phone, you will provide them with all the right products for the job. 

You may also be required to make deliveries to our customers in the branch 3.5t van and so a Full UK Driving License is essential.


About you
To be selected for telephone interview you must be able to demonstrate:

  • An understanding of great customer service
  • A team-working ethic – everyone contributes to the success of the branch
  • Good administrative skills to keep on top of the sales process and your customer orders
  • Great communication skills
  • You have a Full UK Driving License

Typical working hours between: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, alternate Saturday’s 8am-12pm.
