About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Regional Credit Control Administrator.  Within the role you would be responsible for the management of provisions and cash collections for an area assigned within your region, manage query resolutions across the Wolseley UK network and work with Areas Sales Manager to implement processes.

The position involves liaising regularly with customers both external and internal.  It would ideally suit someone who has a high degree of customer focus and is a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.

About you:

To be selected for telephone interview you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Ideally experience in a credit control environment
  • Experience in a similar administrative capacity or a background in customer service
  • High levels of personal organisation and initiative
  • Enthusiasm, self motivation and confident communication skills
  • Good IT skills and a working knowledge of MS Office.

This is a permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
