About the role:

Wolseley UK are currently recruiting a Health and Safety Coordinator to join our Leamington Spa office. We are looking for an experienced Administrator who has worked in a Health and Safety Environment and has excellent excel skills. You will be responsible for supporting and administrating the Health and Safety team by reporting and analysing data, managing our internal H&S system and coordinating our internal email communications.


You will also be responsible for:

  • Provide analytical support on injury/ near miss trends on root cause analysis and corrective actions as well as monitoring support visit reports and produce an analytical data on trends.
  • Daily monitoring of any IRIS outstanding / overdue investigation reports on the Incident reporting system.
  • Deal with daily IRIS queries from employees regarding access / logging on / completing the reports and issuing general guidance or training.
  • Support location managers to ensure compliance with reports from Enforcing Authorities.
  • Creation and distribution of quarterly Safety Poster, briefing documents and coordinating the monthly e-mail communications – Ensuring H&S presence in each edition. Liaising with editors on articles and assistance with all content.
  • Notify all relevant parties of EHO visit report via email, provide a synopsis of report and any key deadlines, liaise with all relevant parties until the report is closed and all matters have been dealt with.


What we are looking for:

  • Must have experience of managing occupational health and safety performance.
  • Experience of working in a commercial customer focused environment.
  • Must have office experience
  • Excellent excel skills – VBA
