About the role

To implement the showroom strategy and drive sales and margin within the network.


Key activities

  • Is motivated by a target driven environment, passionate about delivering results and providing customer satisfaction overcoming difficulties or barriers to achieve the desired result
  • Creative & technical ability to plan/design bathrooms and accurately create a bill of materials including ancillaries items
  • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team, working co-operatively with other staff, respecting and providing support as needed
  • Remains calm and efficient when faced with difficult or challenging customers, providing an enthusiastic high standard of service to customers ensuring they have the right bathroom to suit their requirements
  • Works well under pressure and has the ability to meet deadlines, to multi-task and prioritiseWill be able to identify when a customer needs advice or guidance, would welcome development suggestions to meet their goal, whilst being sensitive to the attitude of the customer ie stressed, enthusiastic or bored
  • Ability to engage with the consumer whilst maintaining a relationship with the installer and understanding their requirements
  • Can easily form questions to establish and build understanding of customer requirements and be at ease when explaining why a customer’s idea may not be feasible
  • Is able to discuss customer ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe product, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to make judgements on the closest product match to the customer needs
  • The ability to manage and develop installer accounts taking responsibility for their plumbing sales and actively acquiring new customers
  • Support the overall network plumbing sales objective

About you

  • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team, displaying excellent organisational abilities and high levels of attention to detail
  • Design experience preferable - CAD training will we given
  • The ability to track and develop new accounts
  • Work well under pressure and having the ability to meet deadlines, ability to multi-task
  • Have a passion for delivering great customer service and meeting customer expectations
  • Enjoy meeting and exceeding sales targets – experience of working to and achieving targets
  • Must have customer facing experience
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and to communicate at all levels
  • Well-presented individual
  • Flexibility on working hours when required
