About the role


An exciting opportunity has risen for a specialist Drain Sales Manager to join our successful Eastleigh Branch. Currently turning over 12 million per year, you will act as a key part of the team targeting new business, building relationships with existing/ lapsed customers to help drive the branch forward.


You will be responsible for:

  • Monitor progress by month, against turnover targets and propose actions to grow the business, reporting performance and actions monthly.
  • Communicate with and build business relationships with the Directors, Buyers, Regional Managers and any other key decision makers, of the designated key accounts, to ensure repeat business.
  • Managing 5 direct reports across the Pipe and Drain team, responsibilities including; conducting 121s, setting targets daily/weekly and setting overall objectives for existing/ new business. 
  • Establish the key accounts in the area and strategic objectives and tailor our offering to achieve them.

  • Drainage or industry related specific product experience

  • Competent in relevant IT packages
