Utility Power Systems, one of our trade brands, are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team at Chesterfield on a fixed term contract until June 2019, to build on your career with a business that can provide you with industry-leading training and excellent opportunities for progression.

About the Role

Working in a team, you’ll support the sales team in all aspects by ensuring the timely administration of quote requests and provide a first class service to customers over the phone. This role sits in our sales team which is responsible for ensuring that orders are processed and delivered in accordance with the customers’ requirements.   This is a diverse role and a key part of the role will involve establishing good relationships with customers, both internal and external to assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives.


About you

To be selected for an interview you must be able to demonstrate:

  • An understanding of great customer service
  • Previous experience within an administrative role 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
