If you love dealing with customers and suppliers, we have just the job for you as a Sales Coordinator with our team at Utility Power Systems, one of our trade brands in Chesterfield.


This is a fixed term contract until September 2019, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm with a 1-hour lunch. 


About the Role


Main duties are:

  • acknowledging customer quotes and processing orders
  • following up on quotations daily
  • responding to any customer and suppliers enquires
  • establish good relationships with customers and suppliers to maximise sales


You will also identify and develop new business opportunities and investigate any carrier delivery failures.


About you


This is a varied role, so adaptability is key, your communication and organisation skills will be fully utilised in supporting the team.  An electrical background would be beneficial, or experience within a similar industry.  However, we are keen to hear from anyone with experience in working in an administrative role with customers and suppliers.
