We have a vacancy for a proactive, self-motivated Asset Planning Coordinator to join our busy team in Chesterfield.


This is for a fixed term contract until December 2019, working a 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.


About the role


Main duties:


  • call handling
  • responding to customer requests and queries via email
  • processing customer repairs for hire equipment
  • Filing of all paperwork


About you


If you’ve worked in a customer support role before, you’ll know it takes confidence and a calm nature to excel in this customer focused role.  Any previous experience within hire equipment would be highly desirable but is not essential.  Utilising your people skills and experience in customer service will be key in ensuring our customers are listen to and supported.
