William Wilson one of our trade brands, is looking for a Credit Control Assistant to join our Aberdeen Head Office. This is a varied role and would suit somebody who is self-motivated, organised and puts customer service as a priority.

About the role:

The role involves administration of credit control processes. You will be a key point of contact for customers in dealing with invoice queries so developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers is an important part of the role.  

About you:

To be selected for telephone interview you must be able to demonstrate;

  • Experience gained within an administrative and/or customer service environment - preferred not essential
  • High levels of personal organisation and initiative
  • Enthusiasm, self motivation and confident communication skills
  • Confidence working with written documents and numbers

This is a permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday - Friday
